Frequently asked questions

  • We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, shoulder pain, sports injuries, and mobility restrictions. We focus on identifying the root cause of pain and improving long-term function — not just temporary relief.

  • To schedule an appointment, please contact us directly through this website, by email, or by phone at 484-509-1838.

Due to limited availability, online scheduling is not available at this time. We prefer to connect with you personally to find an appointment time that works best for your schedule and ensures you receive the attention you deserve.

We look forward to helping you get back to feeling and moving your best.

  • Your first visit includes a detailed health history, movement assessment, orthopedic testing, and a personalized treatment plan.

If appropriate, treatment may begin the same day and may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, rehab exercises, or other evidence-based modalities.

  • Yes. Chiropractic care is widely considered safe when performed by a licensed and properly trained chiropractor. Research supports chiropractic adjustments as an effective and low-risk treatment option for common musculoskeletal conditions such as back pain, neck pain, and certain types of headaches.

Serious complications are rare. Most patients experience mild, temporary soreness—similar to what you might feel after exercise—which typically resolves within 24–48 hours.

At The Back Stop Chiropractic, every treatment plan begins with a thorough evaluation to determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate for you. We tailor each adjustment and therapy to your condition, comfort level, and health history to ensure safe, effective care focused on long-term results.

If you have specific concerns or medical conditions, we’re happy to discuss them before beginning treatment.

  • Mobile chiropractic care brings professional treatment directly to your home, office, or preferred location within Berks County, Chester County and the surrounding areas.

After scheduling your appointment, we arrive with all necessary equipment to provide chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and other evidence-based treatments — just like you would receive in a clinic setting.

Mobile chiropractic is ideal for busy professionals, athletes, families, or anyone who prefers convenient, personalized care without commuting. Our goal is to make high-quality chiropractic treatment accessible, efficient, and tailored to your schedule.

  • At The Back Stop Chiropractic, we are a non-insurance-based chiropractic practice. This allows us to focus on providing personalized, evidence-based care without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies.

Insurance plans frequently limit visit length, types of treatment covered, and the number of visits allowed — regardless of what is clinically appropriate. By not participating with insurance networks, we’re able to spend more time with each patient, utilize a wider range of treatment options (including soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and performance-focused care), and create individualized treatment plans based on your goals — not insurance guidelines.

Our priority is delivering high-quality chiropractic care centered on long-term recovery, resilience, and performance.

We do accept HSA/FSA as payment.
